This special class is perfect for anyone looking to make the most of their summer harvest and learn how to safely preserve food for long-term storage. \nWhat You’ll Learn: \n\nWater Bath Canning – Ideal for fruits\, jams\, jellies\, tomatoes\, and pickles\nPressure Canning – Safely preserve vegetables\, meats\, soups\, and more\nDry Canning – Store dry goods like rice\, beans\, and pasta for extended shelf life\n\nLive Demonstrations (without heat or water) will be held for each method\, with step-by-step explanations\, tips\, and safety guidelines. Some samples will also be available so you can see (and taste!) the results for yourself. \nWhether you’re brand new to canning or just need a refresher\, this will be a valuable and practical evening.
